i barely can express
all i am
so many poetic vehicles
so many metaphors
i'll mostly hide
in my ignorance
of trying to be
and you my dear of dears
have summed me well
and you my dear
have made me see
the good in me
i can't say i'm my best advocate
or my best representative
i've always been
my worst example
of me
but you my dear
have mirrored me better than i ever knew was possible.
