Don’t you ever wish
It’ll only hurt when you miss
Don’t ever be hopeful
For the pain of unfulfilled dreams hurts so
We forget all the pain
If we aren’t aware of what could have been
Over all these excuses, I push out any opportunities
Because mediocrity pays well enough
Sleep becomes a chore when you do it walking; during the day
At times I find the trick to being, is just being
Some days I connect all the prices and puzzles
Until I cannot see straight
Graduate from this dissonance and keep aware of my own choices
The drive isn’t so long if you focus on the miracle of movement.
