i don't like white linen sheets.

Night time
Takes time to unwind
Only you will find me
Here
On the floor
Puddles of me and my liquid life
Undressed all over and more.

Your hands will serve as the gauze
As you try to prevent
All of dark red me
Out of me.
Please Stop me
From flowing out of me.

The curious self aware hand
Carves surgeon designs
With household items.
The simplest mundane ware
Has held my crimson life
On it’s lips.

Funny how my blood looks brown after it’s soiled your bandage-hands.
