Let’s forget this forsaken child
Let’s throw away the bathwater
And the baby,
Let’s start from scratch.
No more building from unfinished foundations.
No more constructs on top of quicksand.
No more false care for things we have half-heartedly tended to for too long.
We need to disregard the credos;
The stigmas;
The baby burdens of expectations;
All the mottos we once believed.
We need to throw out the baby with the bathwater.
We need to destroy all the concepts
That have prevented us from being who we are.
Let’s throw out these unwanted ideals.
All the models before us
That swore they were right
Their time has passed.
Let’s take all of our eggs out of the basket
Let’s not waste time counting
Throw them out
We need to start all over.
We need to throw this baby out with the bathwater.
