We’ve stowed away
A secret life
A wonder, a world inside ourselves
And the things of the heart.
How a mouth reveals so little.
With so many lives
Hidden away in our covert barn souls.
This was for the minions
The ones who failed to see,
the ways we are, and always will be.
Our actions reveal our true ways.
And love is just a wasted breath,
Until we take these ideals and thoughts
And act out this life we make wondrous with words
But always seem short sighted in living out.
